HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 – Choose your preferred package and gather photos, videos and your event logo. Your videos must be no longer than 1 minute. Your logo should be sent as a .png file with a transparent background (you can get this from your planner).

STEP 2 – Go through your photo library and choose your best photos. Try to choose horizontal photos because your video will be produced in widescreen. Horizontal photos will screen MUCH better than vertical photos.

STEP 3 – Separate your photos into the appropriate categories and label each folder. Here are some suggestions:

Birth to Infancy

Growing Up
Childhood
Teenage Years
Sports & School

Immediate Family
Siblings
Guests of Honor
Home & Friends

STEP 3 – At this point you will sign a contract and receive a personal Google drive link. You will upload all your media (photos, videos, logos, etc.) here. It is secure and private and no-one will have access but you and me. All home videos sent must be trimmed and no longer than 1 minute.  I will trim them to your desired time. 

STEP 4 – After receiving all the media we will have a phone call where you will decide on:

Choice of Songs
Color Scheme
Title Screens (i.e. Guests of Honor, Memorials, Date of Event)
Aging Montage
Final Image
Video Breaks
End of Montage Message (i.e. Mazol Tov Love Mom & Dad)
Special Requests

STEP 5 – Once the editing is complete, you will be provided with a rough cut. Depending on your package, you will have 1-3 opportunities to make changes. We try to avoid drastic changes by creating a clear strategy in step 4. Additional photos or videos added at this point will be charged an hourly rate of $50.

STEP 6 – Once you have approved your video, we will upload a copy to your Google drive. You can download a copy for yourself, send it to family and friends and most importantly, send it to your DJ prior to the event so they can test it on their system. We provide high definition (1080i to 4K) Quicktime videos with common audio codecs that can play on any laptop, tablet or phone. Alternate video outputs are available for an additional fee.

We also provide projection services for your event, including a high definition digital projector and 84” stand alone screen.
